Scheduled and in-progress records are included. Cancelled and postponed records are excluded. These figures do not confirm attendance or count unique patients.
The first export labels appointments as Consultation or Follow Up. The second uses New or Follow Up. “New / consultation” preserves this distinction and does not imply a first-ever hospital visit.

Clinician aliases
Other matches standardize prefixes, spacing, capitalization and punctuation. Name matches should be validated against the staff register. Abdinasir Kalif Mohamoud is preserved without assigning a professional title.
